Dedicated to 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, the Manion Hero WOD (Workout of the Day) brings veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians together each year to honor Travis’ life and legacy on and around the anniversary of his sacrifice on April 29th. Honor Travis’ sacrifice by completing a 400-meter run and 29 weighted back squats, repeated for 7 rounds. The workout is structured to honor the day Travis gave the ultimate sacrifice on 4/29/2007.

There’s a genre of computer games called incremental games, built around one idea: Numbers go up. No story. No depth. Just raw dopamine. Incremental games started as a parody — exposing how much of gaming satisfaction boils down to pure number addiction. But like all good satire, it ended up creating a real (and profitable) genre: gacha games, idle games, endless progression loops. When you zoom out… Crypto often feels the same way. - Numbers go up. - Active Wallets go up (insert @hildobby _ triggered meme). - Tokens go up (insert @zora ) - Transactions go up (insert @jessepollak ). - Everything goes up over time (see any cumulative @dune.eth dashboard) When will crypto stop feeling like one giant incremental game?

Health: Last month have been in gym 7 days a week with 3-5 two-a-days a week. Finally getting past a super frustrating plateau. Hitting all sorts of new weight and lifting goals. Relationships: Finally getting progress on our home together and planning for our wedding (which is coming soonish, see point one hehe) Work: @dune.eth is absolutely cooking and can’t wait to show what we’ve been working on. We are becoming the crypto data hub.
