Hit a personal record today of deadlifting 175 pounds! Six months ago I was able to deadlift 115 pounds (my body weight then) so feels good to see concrete progression of strength :D

Pilates 2-3x per week and gym 2-3x per week (deadlifts, RDLs, kettlebell swings, lunges, planks are my most common)
