SEC is closing cases and catching L’s daily Hopefully we get clearer regulations around stablecoins, tokens and securities soon without key crypto companies lobbying for special treatment / regulatory capture

They will but hopefully it’s not overly advantageous and strikes a good balance It’s an optimistic viewpoint. Maybe we don’t need regulations as much as we just need clarity
