Fair criticism that I've heard a couple times now.  

What do you think are the biggest gatekeeping examples on warpcast today?  And what would you change to mitigate them?

I think it's a struggle balancing a top down approach to ensure a good product experience while also being open and permissionless

With respect to product I think it's pretty open - my onboarding experience was smooth (as opposed to, say, Lens). But as mentioned in the original message and elsewhere in this thread I have an issue with gatekeeping at in person events, which are critical for building trust and transmitting cultural knowledge.
