You have to preload USDC (on Linea) onto the card

Basically, it works like a Cash App card or a Venmo card

feel like such a dorkass asking this but wouldn’t this be a huge pain in the ass for taxes if us based?

using eth where mm presumably swaps on backend obviously but even using stables counts as a taxable event afaik

Key example: what if i don’t want to sell my eth but want to borrow usdc against it to spend on stuff in my daily life

is there a benefit to these kind of cards yet? or still mainly a marketing/visibility kind of thing
