What is the best way you getting electrolytes back in? I've used Nuun in the past and also Liquid IV. But I really want something that doesn't have added flavors or sugars. Is there a product that succeeds in this?

I swear by Salt Stick tablets. In Singapore (equator + 90% humidity) I’ve done some 24 hour bicycle rides. I need to consume electrolytes every ~hour. Salt Stick is just a standard pill to swallow, so it goes down as easily as water. Effervescent tablets (nuun etc) start to ruin my mouth beyond the fourth hour
