I thought it would be fun to do a little re-introduction since it’s been a while :) I’m Galazio - I started using Warpcast in 2023 just before attending FarCon #1 in Boston. With the encouragement of the people I met there, I kept casting about the things I love even though I didn’t have a technical background. Casting has helped me meet some wonderful friends! 💜 I love to cook and I’m planning Season 2 of Galazio Kitchen now 🍋 I’m editing my first novel and write in my journal every day. Road trips are my favorite and my goal is to visit all 63 US National Parks (51 visited so far!) In the spring and summer I’ll be casting more about gardening.🌷 I have a paragraph newsletter where I post recipes as well as photos and notes about my daily life in New England. GM 🌧️ Another rainy morning today so I’m doing some journaling and video editing :) Hopefully the rain stops soon and I can do a few hours of garden chores 🌷

I plan the cooking order based on how long each component will take :) In this case, I fully cooked the sausage, removed it from the pan, then cooked the vegetables and re-added the sausage to ensure that nothing would overcook :)

I bet this recipe would work with other fruits as well! Maybe thinly sliced apples, peaches, or plums :)

Looking for a Sunday brunch recipe? :) Breakfast sausage and sweet pepper skillet method: 1. Thinly slice sweet bell peppers and mushrooms 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook breakfast sausages until they are fully cooked. Remove sausages from pan. 3. Add peppers and mushrooms to the olive oil and sausage fat and cook until soft and caramelized. Season with 1/2 tsp garlic power, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. 4. Add sausages back to pan and cook for 2 minutes more. Enjoy! :)
