Thank you! Herbs like oregano and basil grow really fast and they do really well in pots, so they are great for beginner gardeners! :)

That is so cool that you rehab plants! If you ever want to share tips/learnings for plant care I’d be so interested! 🪴I actually don’t know how air quality might affect herbs - I used to grow herbs on our balcony ledge when we lived  in the city and ate them. Something for me to research

I only have a small collection of indoor plants and what I call my foster rehab plants (I rescue/rehab then give them away). On my terrace I’ve grown lavender, shiso, mint, etc. but I don’t eat any of it bc I don’t trust NYC air or soil quality. Do you have any tips on how to grow safely in polluted areas? 😅
