I have not engaged overhead so much standing. What is the primary thing it is good for ?

Maintaining mobility and strength in the shoulder joint, which is one of the most unstable joints as itβs the whole joint that moves 360 degrees. You also want to make sure you have the option to access a top shelf if need be! If you donβt use it, you lose it.
