I've never done a before/after thing or shared a shirtless photo of me for that matter lol. Here's me in March 2023 and September 2023. After losing ~40lb (205 to 165) in 6 months. Caloric deficit + Pilates + Yoga + Weightlifting

I was closer to the guy on the right in college and twenties. In my thirties I started to turn more towards the guy on the left although with more muscle mass and a bit less fat. The pandemic is what pushed me all the way left. I'm glad to be back, and better!

Oh man. This hits close to home. Before the pandemic I was in the best shape since high school; keto, crossfit, running… I still haven’t been able to get back to my pre-pandemic fitness routine. Thank you for sharing!

You'll get there! 💪 It took me a while to find the approach they worked for me. Try things out, adjust, keep doing what works and stop doing what doesn't. Making it easy for you is key, otherwise it's not sustainable and change won't come.
