Network States

Does diversity matter for network states? Intuitively to me it does, since living with only men doesn’t sound like it would work well.

I feel like ignoring this is a deficiency of the framework, what do you think? Cc @balajis.eth

I would prefer if Network States were decoupled from living. So you can be part (a citizen) of a network state but your spouse/partner doesn't have to be. Except for explicitly co-living network states.

I do agree that diversity is an issue that needs to be addressed, as it is in most things related to tech.
