Anyone got a fitness tracker / wearable they swear by? Been using fitbit + strava forever but feel like there’s a lot of stronger performing options now. Primarily run tracking but lifting / boxing as well

WHOOP is the best one I've used so far. Great for strength training. I don't care about steps and location, it doesn't have that.

Not too worried about location, but surprised it doesn’t do steps. Figured that was standard. Definitely interested in the exertion / rest metrics but do you feel like it’s worth the subscription model? And is the app good enough to supplement the lack of screen?
