Anyone got a fitness tracker / wearable they swear by? Been using fitbit + strava forever but feel like there’s a lot of stronger performing options now. Primarily run tracking but lifting / boxing as well

Apple Watch + Health App + Strava. I imagine AW will only get better and have software parity with WHOOP in a couple years.

WHOOP is the best one I've used so far. Great for strength training. I don't care about steps and location, it doesn't have that.

I like having something very simple so use the Amazfit band. Less distracting since it doesn’t act as a second phone. That being said, I’ve heard good things about Whoop and think it might better serve what you are looking for.

I love my Garmin Phoenix - long battery life and accurate accurate body measurement data.

Whoop or Apple Watch. The watch has better UX but whoop is a more practical take
