it would be great to have a button to "launch" frame the frame for dev purposes (im serving it over ngrok) without filling the JSON yet (i fill that later on the dev process)

the domain can't be localhost and the placeholder literally says localhost:3000

we'll revisit localhost support because it technically does work on the dev tools but its finicky
