Now it appears to be an app to record podcasts asynchronously

They’ve completed removed the social graph component from the app. 

It’s just a recording utility now, no longer a place to meet other people.

Another proof point for the distribution > product meta that’s emerging

Would love to see this version of the app integrated with Farcaster. Would fit really nicely with the new channels model

The simplest start would be a composer action that records audio and casts it as text with an embedded video with the audio recording (since clients don't support embedded audio afaik).

There could also be a mini-app that filters to cases with the recordings and autoplays them one by one automatically or as the user scrolls.
