Telegram’s founder Pavel Durov getting arrested bc the French are concerned about moderation on Telegram really makes it easier to understand the value proposition of a fully decentralized social graph Warpcast is the best product experience we’ve seen in decentralized social and hopefully it continues to get more decentralized as the farcaster network scales

It's funny to think that this could also be interpreted as: Let's ensure Farcaster is truly decentralized so if France decides to arrest Dan, and Warpcast is ruined, we all still keep our social graphs and move to Supercast and other clients.

This opens the question: are they doing this because after arresting the ceo the whole product (Telegram) will be shutting down? If this is their intention, then a decentralized solution will be good as people could still run nodes, however they can still go after the creators and collaborators of the protocol making it risky for people. Hard times.
