Maybe I'm missing something. How are the notifications to be delivered to the users that subscribe via reply? Via DC? If so, it'll only work on Warpcast since DCs are centralized.

I should have explained better! If you subscribed to new props, the bot will tag you in reply to a post like this. So instead of a DC, it will be a public cast. https://warpcast.com/nouns-dao/0x60e02ed4

Oh ok it's notification by tagging you in a reply. That's cool. Until the bot tags thousands of people on frequent events. How would we prevent that?

Assuming a thousand people opted in to receive those notifications, I don’t see an issue with that. We will have the safeguards in place to prevent ppl from subscribing others. Every sub will be mapped to a fId.
