Maybe I'm missing something. How are the notifications to be delivered to the users that subscribe via reply?
Via DC? If so, it'll only work on Warpcast since DCs are centralized.

If you subscribed to new props, the bot will tag you in reply to a post like this. So instead of a DC, it will be a public cast.

Oh ok it's notification by tagging you in a reply. That's cool.

Until the bot tags thousands of people on frequent events. How would we prevent that?
