question for the overthinkers: what’s something that has helped you while you’re in a constant state of overthinking? genuinely struggling atm and could use something more than “don’t think so much” or “stop overthinking and just do it” as advice.

1. Get a stopwatch. 2. Sit in a quiet place. 3. Get ready and turn on the stopwatch. 4. Measure how long you can stay in the state of overthinking. 5. Stop the stopwatch when overthinking stops.
