Re: "why don't you hire someone to do X" comments for Bountycaster, in my opinion:

- being resource constrained with 2 people forces us to work on the highest priority items. Easy to fall into having people work on random stuff just because you can

- hiring more people creates more work too (recruiting, managing, etc)

- we're bootstrapped, hiring people requires more funding. This is also more work and changes dynamics (fundraising, managing investors, etc)

- we want our team size / burn to be in line with the market opportunity right now and we don't feel it's justified yet to hire more

- one of the highest ROI things a founder can be doing early on is being constantly in touch with users, not something I want to be delegating away at our stage

i respect your opinions. 

i'm no founder just a student. but i agree with everything, it may seem tedious right now but that's an important stage in growth.

getting in touch with users, interactions with your community.
the best way to grow and quick, in the long run of course you'll need to hire more people but now's not the right time.
