Why haven't you added video to Warpcast? - Smells like stated vs. revealed preference - A lot of work to get right. Classic 95% straightforward to add and then the last 5% is another 90% work + ongoing maintenance. - We use Imgur for image hosting today, which offloads major compliance burden to an at-scale company.

How about properly embedding links with og:video URLs? I don't think this is supported today, no?

I was thinking this too. One thing that I do like about the @yup feed is that links are fully embedded there, so you can view YouTube videos in-line, (and even interact with Spotify embeds)
