Farcaster travel friends: what aspects of Airbnb do you dislike? What can we improve about Airbnb?

I love Airbnb, I've lived out of them full-time for the past 4 years!

Since I'm regularly searching for places, it'd help a lot to be able to filter by rating or # of ratings since for extended stays I don't want to take the risk of a place that has never been rated before or ones that have a low rating

Varies significantly depending on what city/country I'm living in since I switch every month. If you stay for 1 month most Airbnbs will give a pretty steep discount
