Your potential users probably don’t know that 7 products even exist to solve their problem Focus on figuring out how to reach users

You have more than 7 😂 Just launch and start selling. Ads is an option. It’s working for your competitors. And ya agree about listening to feedback and improving. But the core product is pretty clear. Just get it out there.

I'd say make sure your product is good and go and get customers. It's a big ocean out there, especially for a bootstrapper.

Considering the entire pipeline is functional ads -> feedback -> product platforms i’d say, in order of likelihood of most conversions: 1. Tiktok 2. Google Ads 3. Meta (Insta / FB) 4. FB groups I’d also say do the hard part of reaching few pages putting such videos 1:1 for free trials

Competition generally is a good thing because it means the market is probably validated. Like others have said, reach new users and focus on adding value adds to existing customers

1. Define your resources + runway 2. Use 1 to take as many big swings as possible (e.g. differentiate in this case) 3. Get constant feedback on 2; double down on anything that's someone pays for And of course have good cry sessions along the way

remove all features, in order of customer usage, until you have the most used feature. then, improve that feature, in coordination with individual users, until those users are willing to pay for it and recommend to other potential users.
