Any recommendations for a home gym setup? Starting from 0, need equipment for both cardio and strength training.

ive been working out relatively consistently for 8 years ive tried a home gym setup, i have equipment, but i reccomend going to a gym instead of building a "home gym" but if you want a home gym... cardio = run, no equipment weights = buy 2x of each, 15lb, 25lb, 35lb abs = yoga mat + 5lb ankle weights this is 10/10

works for me, might not work for others, but you really don't need fancy equipment simple dumbells are all you need (and maybe some soft chair/stool as an accessory for some workouts)
