I intended to go to the gym today but lost track of time. By the time I looked up from my computer it was 10p and the gym had closed. 

This cast is my public commitment to workout tomorrow morning. I've found that the social pressure helps keep me accountable.

Someone build a frame app where if you don’t check into the gym the first user who calls you out earns ETH or DEGEN from a pool you prefund. But if you hit your target then you get to withdraw ETH from  separate pool of some sort. Like people betting against you.
