today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 body activation 💥 try these exercises before your big session to wake your body up! 1. hip opener 2 x 5 each side 2. body weight squats 2 x 10 3. lunge pulses 2 x 5 each side 4. pogo jumps 2 x 10 5. tuck jumps 2 x 5 as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions! What exercise would you suggest for back pain due to work?

If its stiff then yoga poses like childs pose, cat cow and “threading the needle” (google it and the exercises should come up) also glute and core strengthening exercises can also help as sometimes when they’re not activating properly the back does more work than it needs to lastly a foam roller can help too ill make a video on it at some point 🙏🏾
