I am ready to quit my phone.

My motivation is to improve my effectiveness in, and enjoyment of, life.

I am confident it will be net beneficial to remove my phone as the crutch to which I default my attention in lieu of anything else occupying it in a given moment.

PHONE RULES:

Week 3 on PHONE RULES.

I averaged 20 minutes daily phone screen time. But 90 out of 140 were on Saturday, so the rest of the week's average was under 10 minutes per day.

Saturday was the first real exception day. I was traveling and had to deal with flight stuff in the airport. Frontier customer support haha. Brutal.

It actually has not been hard at all. But it took years of trying things and figuring things out to land upon these rules which finally seem to work.
