right now I’m just focusing on consistently going to the gym, so doing a simple full body workout, mostly everything is 3x8: legs > clamshells with resistance band for glute activation (3x12, with 3s holds, 10s at the end) > RDLs > barbell squats with progressive overload (4 sets) arms > shoulder press > chest press > rows core > russian twists with medicine ball > leg raises
