What's your soft boiled egg technique? I feel like I have a low success rate: overcooked, undercooked, or peeling tears into the whites. I'd love to be more consistent.

What about peels not cleanly peeling?

I crack the shell from every angle before peeling so that it’s kinda soft and once I start peeling I can usually pull the membrane and it lifts a bunch of the shell off at once I think the cold water dunk after boiling helps too every now and then you get a stubborn egg but works maybe 9/10 times for me
