some thoughts I had while using the Noms trait creation tool — I think it’s a really cool, but it could be a bit more user-friendly with a few adjustments. For example, the reference grid doesn’t align with the cursor on the canvas, so it’s hard to predict where a pixel will land when you click. There’s also no clear way to reference the position of the body or the noggles, which makes it tough to design traits that align properly with existing ones. Some basic shortcuts like V for select, B for brush, and E for eraser would go a long way too. I’d love to contribute some heads to the contest, but I’ve found the tool a bit clunky as it is right now. Just sharing in case it’s helpful!

Hey, I made some changes based on this feedback. - the grid should be lined up - if you click "select nom" in the top left, you should see "DEMO NOM" which is there just to help you line up the traits. It's like a ghost nom to better align where the put a head, body, glasses, etc - supports keyboard hot keys: b for brush, e for erase, command-z undo, up/down/left/right to shift the drawing, plus and minus to change brush/eraser size lmk what you think!

Will try!!! Can one submit more than one trait to the round? It says “a trait” 🤷‍♂️
