At least Uniswap got the max allocation though. Thank God we're still giving grants to the only protocol that has PMF.

My bigger frustration is with the builder grants that you apply for. I got one last year, mentally expecting a certain payout based on current token price. Anchored myself to that price and put in hundreds of hours of work expecting that payout, hired design help out of pocket, etc OP makes you lock the tokens for a year, and now by the time I’ll get them my payout is something like 85% less than what I’d originally anchored myself too. It’s not possible to do any sort of serious work if the grant you receive can lose 85% of its value by the time you get it
