Our running group put together a 5k time trial today - I got it done in 18:08! If we count this as a race, that's a 2 second PR!

Thanks! Would have loved sub-18, but can't complain about a PR. I don't think I've ever been able to run a 5k at this pace so early into the year, so a good sign of things to come.
