Question for artists using AI: how do you manage your prompts? As in save them (or parts of them) for re-use. I use a program specifically made for that (on phone, iPad, and desktop).* What do other people do? Text file? Spreadsheet? Never re-use prompts? *The program is called CueJot if you’re interested.

Most of the ones I use (Midjourney, Leonardo, EmProps) have saves/history I can go back to. For local ones (DifussionBee) I copy/paste good ones into a Google doc or email draft.

I have prompts jotted down everywhere. Notes, pages, email drafts, notebooks. Not very organized with my prompts but I memorize the important bits 😆

Apple notes. It’s clumsy af. Good question, the prompts is the code or paintbrush. It’s best to know where it is..

For important projects I usually store them in a text file. Here are all the prompts I used for We <3 the Frames.

Mostly my notepad. I find I rarely reuse a prompt.

I tend to save prompts in the notes app on my iPhone to try out different combinations.

Apple notes - have them numbered, and titled with the important variables. recently started using Mem - an AI note app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mem-ai-notes-search-chat/id1578757028 I also take screen shots! those are really fun to look for 😂 🔦
