AI art

Question for artists using AI: how do you manage your prompts? As in save them (or parts of them) for re-use. I use a program specifically made for that (on phone, iPad, and desktop).* What do other people do? Text file? Spreadsheet? Never re-use prompts?

Most of the ones I use (Midjourney, Leonardo, EmProps) have saves/history I can go back to. For local ones (DifussionBee) I copy/paste good ones into a Google doc or email draft.
