Eye excercise 2: Near and Far Focus: What it is: Hold your thumb a few inches away from your eye and focus on it. Slowly move your thumb away from your face, maintaining focus. Then, look away to a distant object and focus on that for a few seconds, before returning your focus to your thumb. Why it works: It helps improve the ability of your eyes to focus at different distances
