Hi Casters. I am starting a tradition of casting out one follow recommendation every friday. Follow friday was a thing in the early days of Twitter and I think Farcaster will similarly benefit from us all doing this. My first recommendation is @joanwestenberg.eth who gives me a chuckle at least once a day and we can all use that in our lives.

Thanks, Fred. Will adopt this practice. Is your thought people should cast in their home/no channel, or cast into channels that interest them (art/photos/fitness/etc?) This week I went with a channel, and, small world - I got to hear Joan speak in Melbourne at our local crypto conference a year or so ago! Great recommendation!
