the beginning really threw me off until i realize it wasn't, like how the hell he's driving a car, we know that's not reacher, and yes there's lot less violence and i suspect there's romance coming with that DEA agent

s3 took a bit of a different start to everything with like a sleight of hand beginning. 

it’s a nice change of pace to how the other two started. it also feels like there’s a bit less violence so far.
