tbh i think there are many cultures going on in sg, heritage wise it's rich, work wise it's very high ethics, but also high stress environment. 
It's a melting pot, I can understand why people say there is a need of more culture, everything is so fast paced, especially infrastructure, no time for culture to settle down or be grown organically.
So many things to be discussed regarding this 🤔
