a common theme across the 50+ interviews we've done in the last 10 days is that it is HARD for new users to get started, know where to cast, find their footing and like-minded people. starter packs, /gmfarcaster, FC newsletters, and finding a "onboarding buddy" help — what else? what needs to be better? how?

i think farcasters have too many insider jokes, that don't look welcoming at all, even the mention of them to new users is off-putting

yes, have heard from feedback that it feels like a cult - which is great for people inside the cult, but bad for people outside of the cult.
