I’m reading Diamond age: feels wild to read this and then move to my computer to work alongside chatGPT. Surreal. The joy of abstraction: easiest intro to category theory. The author, Eugenia Cheng, is great at writing about math Bernoulli’s Fallacy: a philosophical treatise of probability & stats

Oooh these will go great with my Mandelbrot! 💜 I haven’t read Diamond Age yet. The only Stephenson I’ve read is Seveneves, and I loved it.

Which Mandelbrot? I’ve been reading one book by Stephenson a year. So far have read Snow Crash & Cryptonomicon. Next will be either Seveneves or Anathem

I love that. I’m reading The Fractal Geometry of Nature. I don’t have a deep math background, but I’m so fascinated by it. Mandelbrot is an incredible writer and thinker. Love how he sees everything in everything. The Misbehavior of Markets is next.
