fine, you mfers have pressured me enough. here is the infamous ‘squirrel dangling from bird feeder’ chin-up photo if i don’t get top 30 after this i may have to rage quit this whole app though 😤 feel free to leave some chin-up tips. my goal is to get to my high school record again, then maybe i’ll work on aesthetics haha

thank you!! in high school we were taught to do chin-ups only down to a 90° angle, which is probably considered a half rep. i used to do 20 of those, and i’m adding a full pull up at the beginning with a slow negative rep at the end. currently up to 8 after that i’ll try for 10 full reps maybe

wow that's solid! I do 15-17 but I am a man. 8-10 clean slow reps is VERY solid
