hi its me again haunting your feed and encouraging you to move πΉ todayβs warpcast workout is a π₯ leg day circuitπ₯ this circuit can be used as a standalone workout or as a warm up before gym! exercises: 1. lateral side steps - 5 each side 2. banded squats - 10 reps 3. alternate lunges - 5 each side 4. skier - 5 each side 5. pogo jumps ( great for calves and developing explosive power) - 10 reps repeat twice with a few mins rest in between! intensity medium/high as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions β π΅ Shermanology - Bon Bini
