Has anyone raised on or invested through RUVs? 

What's good/bad about them? Would you recommend AngelList or something else?

Raised part of our round on an RUV primarily for family and friends writing $1-10k cheques highly recommend, helps keep the Carta/Pulley subscription as low as possible as well lol.

About to renew, it’s surprisingly expensive for what it is. Though Pulley has a deal for $2400/yr that includes free 409A evaluations that can cost $3-5k on their own.
