What other words can we use aside from creator to refer to people that post on social media and newsletter/blog sites?

Content publisher?

I think everyone is a creator in their own right but the word creator comes with it's own baggage.

"Publisher" is appropriate when referring to posts without a formal, significant "creation process":

Post ideas, reflections, etc. -> Publisher
Post your music, short films, poetry -> Creator

Maybe also "Community Contributor", "Content Curators", to further differentiate between their impacts within a community.
