seeing a car go your race pace is one of the most depressing things ever because it looks so slow

hah this too. it always looks so much slower unless it’s like from the side

For me the most depressing is seeing a video of me running at what I thought was a speedy pace… always feel like jogging on video

What about being in a car and going running pace….somehow that’s more depressing!

Fuck this running group used to be bot free…but they are everywhere now!

like I work so hard to run e.g. 10mph (and it feels fast af), but a car going 10mph looks like what I imagine 5mph to look like
