remembering to actively listen to (or feel) your intuition is such an easy thing to forget to do. it’s also not something that’s often talked about as something to actively develop. imagine you spend 100 days focusing on cultivating this sense: what do you do?

some things that come to mind: - intentionally noting (writing it down) when you have an intuition - when encountering something, leave space for the feeling to show first before actively thinking about it (sit with it) - probably do a lot less, don’t get too busy - more rigorously follow the eventual train of thought and curiosity I’d be curious to hear what others think

sharing some of what i do: - notice my body sensations, specifically when, where and how i feel them - practice restorative yoga, spending 5-10 min in specific poses and paying attention to how my nervous system responds - write questions with my dominant hand, switch hands and write what first comes to mind (activates the subconscious)
