Got it! Yes, as @p4u said, we're already offering that for Votecaster, and it's feasible to build censuses like that too for Nouns, using our new protocol.

Gocha, I’m not a Nouns holder (yet), but I’ll review other proposals to see if I can offer any valuable feedback. Regarding submitting our proposal for discussion and feedback, you mentioned sharing it here. Where exactly would you recommend casting it? I’m unsure how to reach most of the Nouns community with the draft, especially since it’s a technical proposal and important to engage with holders who understand the technical aspects. The Nouns Proposals page mentions uploading it to the Discourse forum too, but unsure now if that's also outdated.
