I do Wim Hof breathing in the mornings and also physiological sighs. That's mainly what works for me to feel good and destress. Gonna check that app out!

Wim Hof in the mornings 🫡 I used to do the 3 reps and now do only 1-2 though, no need to overactivate my sympathetic system when i don't need to!
