Let me tell you what has hurt and upset me the most. Throughout my life, I have been a relentless advocate for justice, rights, law, and ethical behavior. That’s why I became a lawyer. During my four years in NFT, @zachlipp and @sunnysangwan were the closest witnesses to the fact that I always spoke the truth, no matter the cost. And for that, I even had serious arguments with them when necessary. While I am known as an activist, an artist, and a lawyer—someone who would never hesitate to speak the truth even if it cost her everything—here, @jacek accused me of being a "farmer." That is something I just cannot accept. ITAP

Hey, I understand where you’re coming from, and I can see why this feels personal to you, especially with your values and history of standing for what’s right. But please believe me when I say, this wasn’t about you as a person—it was about applying a rule that, unfortunately, doesn’t always account for individual circumstances perfectly. I respect who you are, and I never intended to label you as a “bad person” or diminish your reputation. My focus has always been on what’s best for the community as a whole, and in this space, that often means making tough decisions that not everyone agrees with. I can see how that can feel unfair. DEGEN is meant to be fun, and I hope we can move forward, united against those who actually abuse the system and ruin it for everyone. It’s a challenging balance, but I hope you understand that my actions were meant to protect the integrity of the community, not to hurt you.

It was terrible news that the claim was taken from so many good artists here. We will move on from this event best as we can as community. I am giving my tips to people who lost their claim, and I know without doubt you will be hugely supported too by many people who admire you. @zachlipp @sunnysangwan and many others Degen is only a part of Farcaster, there is plenty other good things here. Don't waste your energy on what doesn't deserve you, dear. To this day, I am surprised that most people continue to believe that the main fact is whether or not the claim is released, which puts the way in which many effective users who have been building all of this together for a long time were treated as secondary. Punished for not having a crystal ball to guess that the established rules were in fact nothing more than words with no function.
