Nextjs question.. 
How are others verifying FE requests are valid on the server side, or is that just not necessary in nextjs if I’m using actions?

if you have a running server separate from your Next.js app you would verify the requests as if they were coming from any source: check payload, maybe use a schema parser like zod/valibot

if your entire app is Next.js is a different story
